Microsoft releases the block it placed on certain Surface devices to prevent them from updating to version 2004. This block prevented users of certain Surface models manufactured by Microsoft, including Surface Laptop 3 and Surface Pro 7, from downloading and manually install the latest Windows 10 feature update.

According to information released as part of the May 2020 update, devices with more than one network adapter capable of operating in "Always On, Always Connected" mode may experience unexpected shutdowns and reboots. In a video of just under 3 minutes produced by the Mosaïk agency, known for its great expertise in communication, especially in crisis, the RAM delivers some strong messages to who knows how to listen to them ”. The video launched, the speech is first of all patriotic, evokes patience, the strength of the company ... Then, the voiceover ends on a nice note of patriotic hope: “Thanks to you, our national star will always fly in the airs. And with all of you together, we will redeploy our wings ”.




RAM only listened to its management's own voice. Not that of its dissatisfied customers, who seek only to have visibility and above all to recover their money after the cancellation of certain scheduled flights whose promotion made believe that the company would revive its activity shortly.
