This Huawei Mate Xs has an 8-inch OLED screen (2,480 x 2,200 pixels) unfolded, against 6.6 inches or 6.38 inches when closed, depending on the side used. It now has Huawei's new Kirin 990 5G SoC accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage (+ macro SD port).

There is also a 4,500 mAh SuperCharge 55W compatible battery, and it runs on EMUI 10 (based on Android 10) without Google’s GMS services, but with Huawei’s HMS and App Gallery.

The real big exterior difference with the 2019 Mate X is the robustness. Indeed, Huawei has announced that it has done a lot of work on this point, for example, a better hinge, a better integrated / protected screen, and a chassis in a new alloy based on Zirconium.

The Huawei Mate X will be available in a few weeks in France at a price of 2499 euros. Also note that the famous flagship store of the manufacturer will officially open in Paris on March 6.
